Job Overview:

We are seeking a versatile, hands-on Full Stack Developer to join our technology team. In this role, you will design, build, and continuously improve large-scale data platforms and cross-platform applications that operate in demanding, real-time environments. You will work across the entire stack — from cloud infrastructure and backend services to rich front-end interfaces running on tablets, PCs, and mobile devices.

This is a high-ownership role on a small, focused team. You will be expected to make architectural decisions, own delivery, and work closely with both technical and operational stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud Data Platform & Backend

• Design and build high-throughput, low-latency data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform, leveraging BigQuery for large-scale analytics and real-time reporting.

• Architect BigQuery infrastructure end-to-end: data modeling, partitioning, clustering, streaming ingestion, and scheduled transformations.

• Build and maintain performant REST and gRPC APIs consumed by internal applications and external system integrations.

• Integrate with on-premise enterprise systems (ERP / database layers) to ensure consistent, real-time data exchange.

• Implement data reliability practices including validation, reconciliation, and pipeline monitoring to guarantee sub-second query performance at scale.

Front-End & Cross-Platform Applications

• Develop cross-platform applications for tablet, PC, and mobile using Flutter and/or React, designed for use in fast-paced operational environments.

• Build interfaces that are touch-optimized, high-contrast, and operable in challenging physical settings.

• Integrate RFID readers, barcode scanners, and IoT sensor data into application workflows to enable real-time tracking and monitoring.

• Collaborate on consumer-facing digital applications, maintaining a consistent and polished user experience across product lines.

Infrastructure & DevOps

• Own CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment processes using GCP services such as Cloud Run, GKE, or Cloud Functions.

• Apply security best practices across IAM configuration, VPC design, and data encryption at rest and in transit.

• Monitor system health, configure alerting, and proactively address performance bottlenecks before they affect users.

Required Skills & Experience:

3–5 years of professional software development with demonstrated experience in:

• Hands-on experience in operational or industrial software environments with strict reliability requirements.

• Familiarity with data streaming technologies such as Google Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Apache Kafka, or MQTT.

• Experience with dbt or similar transformation frameworks on top of BigQuery.

• Knowledge of OPC-UA or other industrial communication protocols.

• Prior experience building applications that integrate with hardware peripherals or embedded systems.

• Open-source contributions or a portfolio of shipped production applications.
