IT & Systems Lead

Department: Information Technology & Operations

Reporting To: Head of Operations

Location: Saha, India (Managing 3 Regional Facilities and all remote staff)

Job Purpose:

Eisco is seeking a high-ownership IT & Systems Lead to serve as the single technical owner for our software stack, hardware assets, multi-site network infrastructure, and IT governance across multiple regional facilities. As Eisco expands its global footprint, this role centralizes enterprise SaaS administration under a single owner responsible for enterprise tech architecture, system reliability, and ISO 9001 compliance. Operating independently as a hands-on lead, you will build and maintain a scalable, secure, and audit-ready tech ecosystem while actively educating internal teams on cyber hygiene and IT security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Enterprise SaaS & Directory Governance

  • Serve as primary administrator for Google Workspace and enterprise SaaS platforms (Zoho, GitHub, SolidWorks, Adobe, ERP, AI, GCP, AWS and other SaaS Licenses tools).

  • Manage identity governance with Google Workspace, Organizational Units (OUs), role-based access control (RBAC), Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, and automated account provisioning/deprovisioning workflows.

  • Conduct regular software license audits to optimize seat utilization and control SaaS expenditures.

2. Multi-Site Infrastructure & Network Operations

  • Maintain hands-on ownership of network infrastructure across 3 facilities, including Wi-Fi access points, switches, routers, firewalls, VLANs, and local server/NAS storage.

  • Manage ISP relationships, service contracts, and hardware vendors for network redundancy, structural cabling, and server maintenance.

  • Enforce network access controls, endpoint protection, and data security protocols company-wide.

3. Hardware Lifecycle & Device Management

  • Oversee procurement, imaging, deployment, asset tracking, and maintenance for laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and industrial printers.

  • Implement Mobile Device Management (MDM) policies for enterprise mobile assets and workstation security.

  • Maintain complete IT Asset Management (ITAM) records and coordinate equipment purchase, repairs, and upgrades as needed.

4. Governance, Onboarding, Training & ISO 9001 Compliance

  • Formulate, deploy, and enforce organizational IT security policies (Acceptable Use, Data Protection, Password Standards, Offboarding Procedures).

  • Conduct regular interactive training sessions and workshops to educate employees across departments on secure IT practices, phishing prevention, and policy compliance.

  • Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) standards (Clauses 7.1.3 & 7.5), managing backup schedules, disaster recovery protocols, and system audit logs.

  • Lead technical onboarding for new hires, providing zero-day hardware/account setup and structured cybersecurity training.

  • Partner with Finance on IT budgeting, vendor invoice verification, and contract renewal timelines

Skills required:

Domain: Required Technical Competencies

  • Directory & Cloud Admin: Advanced Google Workspace Administration (IAM, OU design, DLP, GCPW, Context-Aware Access)

  • SaaS & Tool Management: Ability to learn about different software ecosystems and their security policies to ensure safe, secure, and uninterrupted use of all these tools.

  • Networking & Systems: TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, VLANs, Wi-Fi controller deployment, hardware firewalls, and server/NAS management.

  • Endpoint & Security: Windows/macOS/Android/iOS endpoint administration, MDM software implementation, network printing, and automated backup routines.

  • IT Training & Policy Enablement: Ability to conduct engaging training sessions for internal teams, communicating complex security policies and best practices in an accessible, actionable manner.

  • Governance & QMS: IT policy formulation, ITAM asset tracking, vendor management, basic ERP context (e.g., SAP Business One), and ISO 9001 IT audit alignment.

Experience Level

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA / B.Sc) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a related technical field. Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Google Workspace Certified Administrator, CCNA, CompTIA Security+) are a strong plus.

  • Competency-Based Benchmark: Execution capability, architecture design depth, and problem-solving speed are prioritized over mere tenure. We need someone who can think on their feet and solve problems quickly.

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience independently running IT operations, multi-site network infrastructure, and SaaS administration within a fast-paced SME, manufacturing, or technology environment.

  • Working Style: Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously as a high-output solo lead—capable of driving initiatives from policy creation and user training to hands-on network troubleshooting without technical supervision

What We Offer

  • Compensation: Up To ₹80,000 per month (₹9.6L CTC per annum), commensurate with technical capability and execution capacity.

  • Autonomy & Impact: Total single-point ownership to centralize, secure, and scale Eisco’s entire IT stack across 3 locations.

  • Meritocratic Culture: A high-performance, low-bureaucracy environment with direct visibility to executive leadership
