Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead our content and marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. This individual will oversee website content, social media, product catalogues, brochures, banners, and other marketing collateral. The ideal candidate has a unique marketing perspective, strong leadership skills, and the ability to execute tasks independently when needed.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for B2B marketing in the science industry, capable of translating technical details about science lab products into engaging and persuasive content for a global audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Management:
Develop and oversee content strategies for website pages, social media platforms, product catalogues, brochures, and other digital/print assets.
Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice, values, and marketing goals.
Leadership & Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of content creators, graphic designers and photographer.
Provide hands-on support when needed to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality content.
Social Media Content Creation & Strategy:
Plan, create, and manage compelling social media campaigns tailored to a B2B audience.
Monitor analytics to measure success and optimize campaigns for engagement and lead generation.
Product Launch & Merchandising:
Develop and execute marketing strategies for new product launches, ensuring maximum visibility and impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create promotional materials, such as banners, brochures, and trade show displays.
Website Content Development:
Write and edit product descriptions, application notes, and informational pages related to science lab equipment.
Collaborate with product teams to ensure accurate and user-friendly content.
Trade Show Support:
Design and oversee the creation of promotional materials for trade shows, including brochures, banners, and digital assets.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging at events.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track and analyse performance metrics across platforms.
Use insights to inform and improve content strategies.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing in the science industry.
Proven experience leading and managing teams.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio demonstrating creativity and effectiveness.
Hands-on experience in social media strategy, blog writing, and designing marketing materials.
Experience in new product launches and merchandising.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
